For over 100 years Vietnamese were using Bread and Coffee for breakfast.
Vietnamese food culture is a mixture of south east Asia, China, and great mix of French and Vietnamese cuisine.
Vietnamese coffee
In 2012, Vietnam became the number one coffee exporting country. Coffee was introduced to Vietnam in 1857 by the French because Vietnam has many regions provide moderate sunshine and rain, steady temperatures and rich porous soil; all necessities for growing superior coffee beans.
Influenced by the French, many Vietnamese drink coffee every day. The coffee can be brewed with a drip filter, coffee from the drip filter drops in the bottom of glass with condensed milk. When it finishes dripping, turn the plug upside down and put the drip filter on it. Then stir the condensed milk and coffee together until the coffee and condensed milk mixture turns golden brown and enjoy!
