Atmosphere
Kunitachi Saigon Sakura restaurant is small restaurant (with only 10 seats) but not tiny, the space is so intimate.
Some seats, at the counter, face the open kitchen, so you have a full view of the kitchen action while dining. The restaurant also offeres some beautiful window seats overlooking Downtown.

Kunitachi Saigon Sakura restaurant is designed by Mr. Ochiai from Kogure-bito club.
The building is made of Tenryu's "Shingetsu" which is a kind of trees from one of the most famous Japanese sacred spots.
The Shingetsu trees keep mold from growing on the buildings.
Our chairs are a work of Mr. Ken Odawara from Bell Laboratory. Mr. Odawara is a well-known architect. His philosophy in design is very simple. "Design the chairs first, then the house." It is from his experience with Japanese craftmen. We are very impressed with his philosophy and using his great chairs.
